tonight i went to santa cruz and I swear while driving there and back I saw atleast 8 cops which is pretty rare.Good thing i wasnt driving, But just a pre warn to all of you speeders who like to push the envelop that they r out and have no mercy :)

i know its werid but one of my friends got pulled over for no front license plate something that simple and he got a ticket

Being pulled over is like walking into a CompUSA/Best Buy/Circuit City, think about it:
they pull you over, ask for license and registration to see if any are expired, then they say you were speeding. You then say you weren't, and after some haggling, he then says fine, your reg is expired (what he probably originally pulled you over for to begin with) and then you bust out the ticket that a previous cop gave you, and then the cop goes will drive slower and walks away. It;s stupid, their stradegy is soooo obvious, they'll find some reason to pull you over, then say you were speeding, and if you could somehow prove you weren't, they'll dock you for a busted light or something cuz they need a justifiable reason to pull you over. And then the cop spins his tires to merge back onto the highway, crosses three lanes without signaling, and makes an illegal u turn, then speeds and tailgates somebody all without his lights on of course.
