YAY my vote "may or may not be counted"

apparently i wasnt on the list of names (i have no idea why, and neither do the people that were workin the rolls), so i had to fill out a "provisional ballot" that may or may not be counted (and they couldnt tell me what circumstances it would be counted under) i was a regestered voter down here for san diego, but i couldnt fill out a real ballot, yay for freakin democracy.

From my understanding on the 'provisonal ballots' is that if it's a close call, then your vote will count, but if it's not close, they will not be counted. Stupid, there had been alot of problems with that though.

so ur vote really will count toodeep if its gonna matter. the only reason that they wont count it is that it wouldnt make a difference. Its like having a stack of a few thousand votes left and not counting them cus bush is ahead by 100,000 votes. If you disagree with that policy your undermining the most american thing in this country, laziness.

oh yea and for a limited time only...toodeep has 666 posts. so go do something illegal and just say satan possessed you.
