I want to get a new monitor and I've been looking at the Dell 20 / 22" displays. I'm curious what the difference is between these two. The larger one is cheaper. That seems strange. I see the 20" has a USB hub built in and a few extra connections. Any comments / suggestions on a new monitor would be great.
Thanks

I think it's a tad bit worse, but the stats don't say anything like that so i dunno.

Ya I've been reading reviews and they say its a cheaper LCD. Any other LCDs you recommend? The 2007WFP is a good choice most people say. I saw a used 2005WFP on CL for $250. Those ones are 'legendary'. Same LCD as the Apple Cinema display but more affordable.

I think the ones that start with #'s are ultra-sharps, and the ones that start with letters arn't now that I think of it.. not positive tho since neither of those are described as ultrasharps

you should get a 22" my mom has the 20" and it's nice but it's kinda small...obviously compared to my 24...but the 22 is very nice...reasonably big

the response time on the 20' is horrible, I do not really like dells, but thats an awesome price for a 22'.

the 22'" they have isn't that great I was reading.
Is the 24" to big for gaming and other things? It's gonna be 500-700$ for teh 24" huh?

the problem with the 24" you need a decently powered graphics card to power it in games. Your pushing a lot of pixels (1920x1200). I think the 30" uses DVI-D (needs TWO DVI Cables just to power it!)
But yeah, other than that the 24 is awesome.
I have a 19" Ultrasharp and it does awesome, 1 dead pixel (not bad), my laptop is 15.4" Ultrasharp and it's flawless!

so basically free shipping for the 2007WFP. If I were to get one that would be the one I get. But the E207WFP has a better response time. Most reviews say the 2007 is better then 207. Grrrrr so confusing.
