CD Skips?

So every CD that I've burned skips...it's hard to believe that I have a faulty DVD -RW/CD-RW... I'm thinking maybe it's a bad batch of CDs? They're TDKs...brand new off the spindle...but EVERY SINGLE ONE SKIPS

there are websites that will tell you if it's a know bad batch, you just need to get the # off it... can't remember either the name of website or the #... it's like media code. But that's one way to check it, another is to just get another blank cd and try that.

try it at a slower speeed.

I tried it at 32x (max is like 48) without JustWrite and it still skips :/

I just read on a forum that Nero 7 will make your CDs skip...someone tried with Nero 6 and it works fine so I'm going to try and find an older version of it :/

I've had that problem and it was a software problem...

whether it be a misconfiguration or just the combination of software / hardware...
